Chelsea Fontes is the BEST at nails! I've had my nails done world wide & she deservingly takes the crown. Not only is her artistic amazing, she makes them industrially strong. I garden a lot & am extremely hard on my nails living out in the country & I have never broken a nail. If your looking for an expert, Chelsea Fontes is who you need.
